3d Recon Amphibious Casualty Evacuation

March 3, 2022 - U.S. Marines with 3d Reconnaissance Battalion, 3d Marine Division, conduct casualty evacuation training with support from a UH-1Y Venom assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 369 on Kin Blue, Okinawa, Japan. Casualty evacuation training is conducted to increase the proficiency and responsiveness of patient evacuation and transport them to a higher echelon of care.
