Conservatives 24 Years Ago in the Canadian Parliament when they were Falsely Accused of Being Racist

This is a 24 year old clip of a controversial Canadian Conservative MP from B.C., Darrel Stinson and how he dealt with Liberal MP, John Cannis, who heckled Stinson and called him a racist.

Stinson crossed the floor of Parliament to confront Cannis, however, the speaker of the house was able to calm the situation and chided both MP's for very "unparliamentary behaviour".
