Russia-Ukraine war news LIVE Updates March 4: The Zaporizhzhia
nuclear power plant in Ukraine, the largest of its kind in Europe, was
on fire early on Friday after an attack by Russian troops, the mayor
of the nearby town of Energodar said. As heavy fighting and shelling
continues in parts of Ukraine, Russian and Ukrainian delegations met for
the second round of talks in Brest on Thursday to discuss the Russian
invasion. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said if
Ukraine falls to Russian forces, the Baltic States could be next. He also
said that "direct talks" with Russian President Vladimir Putin are the "only
way" to end the war. Russia declared a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on
