Cheap N Cheerful Aldi Chicken Satay Curry

RECIPE
2 Lb Chicken Giblets or "boiler" Chicken
Meat, 2 red Spicy Asian Chili Peppers,
1 Lb Onions, a small bunch Scallions,
5 cloves Garlic, 1 Lb Green Beans, 1 Lb
Potatoes, 1/2 cup crushed Peanuts or
Crunchy Peanut Butter, 18 Oz jar of
Aldi Satay recipe base Satay Sauce,
1 can Coconut Cream, 1/2 cup Water,
3 tbs Light Vegetable Oil, 1 tbs Lime
Juice, 2 tsp Umami (optional), 1 tsp
Asian Shrimp Paste (optional), Ground
White Pepper to taste, 2 Chicken
Boulion Cubes, 2 tbs Sugar, 1 and 1/2 tbs Thai Fish Sauce.
Serves 6 at a cost of $12.00
Serve with freshly steamed Thai
Jasmine Rice, noodles or roti bread.
