Why You Should Put A Top On Tree Tubes and What I Use To Cover Mine.

In this video, I go over a little bit about using tree tubes and a trick to keep birds out of your tubes.
Some tubes come with netting to keep birds out but if not, check out what I like to use to keep them out of my tree tubes.
There are many reasons to use tree protection tubes for your newly planted and young trees. Tree tubes help keep animals such as deer and rabbits off of them. Deer or rabbits both can kill a young tree. Rabbits chew on the bark close to the ground and girdle the tree, killing off its food supply. Deer eat the young green shoots and leaves of a tree.
