Wales 21 Italy 22, Rugby Union Six Nations Tournament

A bit different from the kind of thing I usually post but this is just one of those delightful sporting moments that everyone can enjoy.
Italy, on a seven-year long losing streak of 36 consecutive international matches, visited Cardiff in the final match of the tournament and pulled off a sensational victory with the winning points coming in the very last seconds of the game against the reigning Six Nations champions.

Just listen to the emotion of the Italian match commentator!
It's the first time since 2015 that he's had a chance to celebrate an Italian victory and he makes the most of the moment!

(Quick crash course for non-Rugby fans:
The match lasts for 80 minutes.
The ball must always be passed backwards to a team mate.
A "Touchdown" is called a "Try" and scores 5 points. To score a try, the attacking player must "exert downward pressure on the ball with his hand as he grounds it". No spikes!
After a Try, the attacking team has an opportunity to add 2 more points from a place kick in line with where the try was scored.)

The other unofficial rule is that Italy usually lose ... except when they don't! :D

In a nice little postscript;
just before the end of the game, the pundits voted for the Welsh player Josh Adams as the Man Of The Match but as soon as he received his medal he ran across the field to present it to the Italian #15, Ange Capuozzo, whose brilliant solo run in the closing minutes changed the outcome of the match. A fine, sporting gesture by Adams
