Hello, this is my 1942 Ford GPW Army Jeep from WW2. This was a barn find, and is a work in progress . The engine was rebuilt in 1945 at Fort Devens, Massachusetts . It was delivered to the Army on August 6, 1942. She runs great, I next need to re-do the brakes, and a few small items. I did find the correct cover for the underdash radio suppression box. The Jeep also has a trailer that came with it from a farm in Central Georgia , an early 1942 Willys MBT. The canvas top and correct front seat cushions are from WeeBee Webbing. The USA number is the original hood number, and the jeep was built in Louisville, Kentucky at the Ford plant there.
God Bless America and All our WW2 Veterans, The Greatest Generation !
Keep'em Rolling !!!
