Sovereign citizen confronted by cops

I get pulled over and don't have plates. So I give him my passport card. Going to try and request the camera evidence because he said he was filming right when he pulled up. Anyways this is my reaction video as I'm pulled over and then follow up with ticket and afterthoughts
