Halo TV Show LIMITED By The Games - Can't UNDERSTAND The Lore

The Halo TV showrunner Steven Kane didn't look at the games for the Halo TV show as they didn't want to feel limited by them. Paramount+ wanted 343 to allow them to make a new timeline, completely independent of the lore so the writers could make THEIR story, through THEIR eyes. Halo and cannon never even came into the equation. Masterchief is rumoured to not even be the main character.
