Biggs Gets State Repped At CHP!

Biggs finally gets his date to appear for the CHP State Rep. This is an inspection that AAA insurance said I needed to go to because their guy could not see one little number... It frustrated me that I have to go through these extra steps just to plate my Cutlass. But I am transferring my car from Texas to California. Every car that comes into the state must go through this type of inspection. But being that this is a Cutlass, folks tend to give me a hard time for just about everything I do! Biggs goes to his local Hand Wash place near his house to get the Cutlass ready for inspection. Biggs gets the OK from the state to go ahead and smog the car. However we keep running into more issues as a lot of folks don't want to touch this clean Cutlass. Next week we should be able to rebuild the carburetor and get this thing official.
