The Azov Battalion - Helping or Hurting Ukraine?

Citizens of Ukraine who have recently fled Mariupol claim that the Ukrainian Azov fighters are using citizens as human shields and refusing to let Ukrainians leave. Some speculate that Azov fighters blew up the Mariupol Theatre, where civilians, including children were taking cover.
