Not terribly difficult since you have time to reset and only his final swings are one-shots. Being the impatient guy I am, sometimes I like to trade hits to get in a head-shot to speed up the fight. After all I have 11 bottles and not going for no-hit runs although they happen sometimes when I absolutely cant get afford to get hit.

Just spend some time getting the rhythm down. His long-chain attack is kind of a pain but easily avoidable if you get used to waiting a bit longer on the fifth. Dodge towards not away on this. If you dodge away, you have to be absolutely perfect on timing.
