America Is Sanctioning Itself To Death

The current US leadership sees no limits on their power to sanction (and therefore economically destroy) other countries. At this point, the US is lashing out in anger, threatening to sanction any state which doesn't tow the Washington party line, which in effect amount to a threat to wall America off from much of the planet and isolate itself rather than the target countries. American society cannot survive at this point without massive trade deficits which inflate the electorate's standard of living.
