Our Secondo from the spicy Calabria is Pesce Spada Arrosto, Baked Pesce Spada.
For 4 servings we need:
4 swordfish chops - diced,
2 minced garlic cloves,
2 tablespoons of olive oil,
1 tablespoon of parsley,
1 tablespoon of crushed red peppers,
our salt (now you know what to do),
and, optional, lemmmmmmon juice (wait for another OPTIONAL at the end of the video...)
