Harry & Meghan - Sorry Grandpa we're off to the Oscars

Once again the rumour that Harry & Meghan will not only attend the Oscars but also give the prestigious 'Best Picture' award to the winner

Is this just a rumour or could it be the very reason they (or he) isn't attending Prince Phillips Memorial?
