Russian rocket hits apartment in Kiev, Ukraine

A Russian rocket hit an apartment in Kiev on Saturday (26/2). The footage of the rocket, according to Ukrainian officials, has proven Russia did not just attack Ukrainian military installations. The Russian rocket hit between the 18th and 21st floors of the apartment. Russia has been accused of lying to only attack military infrastructure.
