The Sound of Silence

The title of this music video, The Sound of Silence came to me suddenly two days ago.

If you carefully consider it, you'd probably recognise that silence actually has a sound or a voice, if you will. But I guess it might be hard to take a deliberate pause to listen to the sound because we live in a fast-paced modern society where we're always seemingly in a rush from doing one thing to another and from one place to another.

However, I think it's important for us to take regular pauses in our daily lives so that the silence could speak to us. When we take a deliberate pause, the silent sound from within could then be heard, directing uss on our next step and so forth.

May this soothing piece of impromptu music calm your mind and your spirit so that you would be ready to listen to the sound of silence, the sound from within.
