Welcome to Firearms of America! Today, finally, I have this special Ruger review for you guys and this is, much anticipated, Ruger-57, chambered in 5.7x28 round.

So, overall, I am very impressed with this Ruger handgun. It has barely any recoil, easy operation, great sights, good trigger and overall, pleasure to shoot at the range. Unfortunately, the 5.7 round is not the cheapest ammo out there at the moment, but let's hope for the best.

The 5.7x28mm round was a new round, superior to 9mm, developed by FN. If you are interested to learn more, check out 5.7x28mm vs 9mm tests.

This Ruger 57 pistol was a response to FN Five Seven and I think Ruger did a great job. Hopefully, sometime soon I will be able to make a FN Five Seven vs Ruger 57 video.
