New information about shooting outside Oakley Target that killed 24-year-old

No arrest yet but we know they are aware of those claims by witnesses who are shocked, hurt and angry about the attack on a 24-year-old musician. Witnesses saw a woman with the shooter recording the whole thing with a cell phone camera.
