Not a 'sexy' episode, but still important to understand how 'Government' works. I look at Trinity House, the Independent Commission on Civil Aviation Noise, the Traffic Commissioners for Great Britain and the Civil Aviation Authority.
The keys to this is the relevance of the 'Absolute Zero; programme and the dominance of the CCP in the International Civil Aviation Organisation, so whilst it may not be some kind of great disclosure to those who know about these things, it is certainly pertinent to those who remain ignorant of these matters.
