House churches were right for 200+ years, why the buildings and property?

The biggest "Elephant in the room" for the church of Jesus Christ is that for over 200+ years of the early church is there WAS NO CHURCH PROPERTY AND CHURCH BUILDINGS, and we need to get back to the model of SOUND DOCTRINE, SOUND PRAYER, SOUND MUSIC, SOUND SUPPORT OF MISSIONS, SOUND GOOD WORKS and let the world and it's religions have the buildings and property.
