On her segment at The Hill, Kim Iversen explains how the story of her You Tube channel reveals the company's egregious censorship policies. "I violated YouTube's medical misinformation policy," she explains without masking a hint of annoyance.

The reporter takes the time to explain how the platform's warning system works: first you receive a warning, then it's a "strike" that prevents you from loading content for a week, a second that blocked for two weeks … And this because the speech made in the video "is unpopular with the establishment", she judges. On the subject of vaccines or early anti-Covid treatments, for example, it is not worth trying to convey a message contrary to the opinion of the WHO.

According to the YouTuber, a “new culture which has developed both on the right and on the left”, which accepts, and even encourages censorship:
"Everyone seems to agree with censorship... Me, I'm more of a freedom of expression absolutist," she concludes.
