Karla Bonoff, who sounds so much like Linda Ronstadt that it's hard to tell which one is singing a song, but this time, it's Karla and she leads off today's Segue City Special into England Dan and John Ford Coley as the search for the answer of love. Yes, the Mayor is at work again and time for another one of his segue efforts that he never fully explains to us as to who or what it's all about. So we keep working on mysteries without any clues from him...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there's hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
