An expat here in San Jose, Costa Rica said they are building a 7 Star Hotel here in Costa Rica. I started to laugh, after living in over 1000 Hotels in 112 different countries. I do NOT trust the Hotel Star system. After 1000 Hotels, I am outrageously picky.
