Funny Books, Creative Activities, and Silly Stories are Therapy that Can Improve Mental Health

IMO- Laughter is the best therapy! These books definitely helped me when going through grade-school and all the associated state-sponsored drudgery. It is a bit of a joke itself, exponentially more worthy of ridicule now (2022) than the same institutionalized learning facilities were when I went through them (HSgrad'99). The Far Side by Gary Larson, Garfield by Jim Davis, Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson. Not shown in the video, but for the improvement of humanity's collective #MentalHealth #Awareness subconsciousness- -especially the "Mainstream Middle Class" (aka Normies aka NPC's aka Squares)- Laugh and wise-up at the same time with "The Tao of Willie" by Willie Nelson, a Great American who parodied the Tao Te Ching. It is ROFL-inducing! :D #LifeHack Build something, get creative, and enjoy! Secondary #MentalHealth benefit, while you're reading books and folding paper planes, you are not getting zombified by glowing rectangles ;) Cheers
