For this delicious fat burning drink, just get 4 cups of apple juice, a half glass of lemon juice, mint, ice and one lemon.

Ok, now slice the lemon into circles and then combine the apple and lemon juices in a pitcher, add the lemon slices, mint and ice. Serve the drink with slices of apple.

Fat burner #2: Strawberry and Fresh Herbs Drink

Try this delicious, healthy drink when you're trying to lose weight.

A half of lime and a half of lemon, some mint and estragon, strawberries, 4 cups of sparkling water, a half glass of water and some ice.

Juice lime and lemon in a jar and drop in peels. Cut strawberries in halves, add strawberries and herbs. Pour in hot water and let the fruit and herbs rest to add flavor. Take peel out and allow the drink to cool, add sparkling water and ice and garnish the jar with circles of lime.
