Question from Lorna Cable:
So I have osteoarthrosis in both knees and have been told I need total knee replacement surgery for both knees. I have been through the conventional treatment methods of Synvisc shots (which didn't seem to help me at all), cortisone injections, which of course helped temporarily but didn't treat the cause and stopped working after a while. And as I know, in the long run, they do more harm than good. My knees are bone on bone. I took a different route, with the hopes of avoiding surgery and I have recently gone through PRP injections and also a bone marrow injection included in that treatment, which as I am sure you are aware, is very costly and is not covered by insurance. I seem to have received a little relief but still suffer from pain in my knees after walking for a short distance or standing for ten to 15 minutes. I am a true believer that our body can heal itself. I can resonate with everything you say in your videos. Please teach me how to help my body heal itself from this situation.
