Know part of the reason you live in a trashy neighborhood if you do?

YOU"RE NOT PICKING UP the garbage you or others have deposited there.

The more you work to make your envonment one that's worth haging out in, the better it'll.

By the way, most of the time, you can do that with little more than some elbow grease (no financial largess required, in general).
