On 3/17/22 Gail Golec was with her volunteer verifying signatures for her Nomination Petition at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors when she was asked to leave the building because only one person could be there at a time per candidate, so they said.

The were 4 empty terminals and she was not allowed to work the terminal or even oversee and work with her volunteer.

From the Maricopa County Recorders Office, Zachariah Tolliver, Candidate Services & Campaign Finance Lead and Hope Olguin, CERA Election Services Manager approached Gail Golec and asked her to leave the building for no apparent reason other than she was a candidate with her volunteer.

Here is the email for the record:

"Each candidate/campaign will be allotted one visit per day: this allows 5 candidates/campaigns to use a terminal in 2-hour increments for each time slot. If there is availability, we will allow for an additional 2-hour block of time as the schedule permits. Please keep in mind there is a high demand. As we continue to be mindful of COVID, all stations will be wiped down and cleaned between each visit. Masks are encouraged as you will be near others for an extended amount of time. To schedule a time for terminal use, please reply to this email or call us at 602-372-2262.

We look forward to assisting you all in your candidacy journey. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time."

Gail was ultimately escorted out by security.

I have now come to find out that this was an illegal act to deprive me access to this database, based upon the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, which allows the Public to do oversight of the Public Registration List.
Everything happens for a reason. God is good, ALL the time!
