The 1960s, 70s, and 80s in NYC were dangerous times. The city was a literal cesspool. The crime was way up, murders were rampant, trash workers were on strike. Let's just say NYC was not a great place to visit. It was even worse if you were a young lady and ran into this guy.
We talked about a series of murders and the killer who came to be known as the Torso killer.
