ALTTP NMG tutorial- Ice Palace - EP 10

This episode goes Ice Palace. The reason this one took so long was due to my getting a new job as well as needing to learn some of the tech myself so I can explain it better. There were two things I'd never done so it took some practice to get it consistent enough for a video.
