JOHANNESBURG – South African President Cyril Ramaphosa blamed NATO for the war in Ukraine on Thursday (Mar 17), saying he would reject efforts to denounce Russia, comments that threw doubt on whether he would be regarded as a mediator by Ukraine or the West.
