HOW TO JUMP HIGHER (PART 2/2)

In this video, we went over considerations for jumping higher. Repetition is the mother of all skill, provided that there is skill in the repetition's. Jumping is an explosive exercise that is maximized with our ability to summon strength at a moments notice a spring forth. Consider maximum effort jump squat between 5-8 reps (can push to 10. No more than 20, however, at 20 this is more endurance than power).
