Downed missile hits Kyiv residential building, killing at least 1

At least one person was killed and three injured after a downed missile hit a residential building in Kyiv, Ukraine's emergency service said Thursday.
Officials said they were still on the scene and had worked to evacuate residents out of the building.

"Russia has attacked us and we don't know what for," said Sergiy Ustenko. "I'm more than furious."

Apartments were left strewn with debris after the missile hit the building, with at least one fire having sparked but was later put out by fire crews.

The war entered its fourth week since Russian forces began their invasion at the end of February.
