Simple quick upper body workout. @ home.
Rock Curls. 50lb rock(EZ curl grip)
Low inclined push up off of 35lb DB
Coffee table dips
Over head tricep resistance band press
Bent over DB rows off CT
Seated rear Delt raises off CT
Military DB Press off CT.
This is just a few examples of exercises you can do at home. With out costly equipment taking up space.

All exercises are done to failure with 30 seconds rest in between.
Pound the reps to 15- 25
If higher than 25 reps add weight accordingly. If under 15 reps lower weight accordingly.
Find a list of songs that grab your attention. Raises the hair on your arms(goosebumps) to activate adrenaline. Focus on your negative aggression to blast a positive feedback n break threw your sticking points.
Sweat, Rehydrate, Rock on, Repeat..
This is just a small clip of a 50 lb Rock I found outside. Fits perfectly like a EZ curl bar. This was 5 sets into.. It's not about how heavy ladies n gentlemen.
