Russia keeps up attacks in Ukraine as two sides hold negotiations

A new round of talks between Moscow and Ukraine didn't assuage Russian forces to advance in multiple cities across Ukraine. Red Cross said the punishing bombardment as negotiations happen has created "nothing short of a nightmare" for civilians.
