Hello family,
May the Love of God abound in you and may He be only praised forever.
I am a Heartdwellers Ghana priest, and I am glad to share with you a message the Lord gave me, it’s really uplifting for everyone. Before that I would like to share, I had great struggles to hear from the Lord.
I was reluctant and continued in my unbelief that no matter what, the Lord wouldn’t speak to a person like me. But He proved me wrong. Some three weeks back I got a Rhema “I am gracious to you and from the pillar of cloud I speak to you.” I didn’t understand that Lord was wanting to speak to me. I brushed it off and continued in my business. A day later I was having [a] conversation with Mother Elisha. She was counseling me about my struggles. I shared with her the Rhema’s and immediately she said, “I think it’s time you start journaling and trying to hear from the Lord, dear.”
I said, “What, are you serious, Mother? No, this can’t be”. But she was so sure. Finally, I gave in to her words of wisdom to try to hear from the Lord and journal. All sorts of emotions and doubts engulfed me, but I trusted my covering and her words, so I kept on believing. And on a Sunday morning, I just got from my bed and put on worship music I was trying to worship.
I heard a voice, “I want to speak to you…”
I was in unbelief and took Bible Promises and got Joy…that’s a confirmation. Lord began to speak.
Good morning, Lord.
Lord said,
“I long to hold you but you keep me at length because of your Obtuseness. You think I don't want to speak to you. I have been trying all week to speak to you. Oh, how difficult you are for me. Sweet dear, I love you and nothing can withhold Me to love you, dear.”
Sweet Jesus thank you.
“The more you will withdraw from me, sin will come closer to you. You have to step back whatever you are doing when I speak to you."
Well, as an aside, I was praying the BINDING prayer. I was thinking I didn't finish it.
And Jesus continued,
“You don't need to worry; I am your God. What is impossible for me? “Didn't I speak face to face with Abraham? Has nothing withholding Me to speak to you. It is your self-will. You choose to listen to me or not. That depends upon your self-will. “Your willingness makes me move towards you and if you are unwilling, I can't do anything.
“The fire you are walking in will sanctify you. I am there for you. You wish to speak to me you call my name. My name is enough to make enemies tremble. “Yes, enemies are sabotaging our relationship, but they have a limit. I am the one who decides, not them. They cannot control you. They have no power over Me. “Don't underestimate them, they are lecherous and know nothing good. They come to steal, destroy, and plunder. How many times I have saved you from them? They wanted to steal you from me. But my saving hand has always been gracious upon you.”
(I was worrying again)
Jesus said
“Don't you worry, I am here. I told you about the blog, but it's not about the blog. It's your obtuseness that hindered me to speak to you.
“I know you, dear — what you feel — what you go through. It's not that I don't listen to you, I am yours forever. Don't listen to the enemy’s suggestions. It will only derail you and you will be caught unaware of what lies ahead of you. I only can save you from all snares and traps. You have to just trust me. Sometimes I withhold only to come close to you more. You have shut down your heart. Instead, receive me, I long to dwell there, I only can cleanse you from all unrighteousness and impute you from iniquities.
“There is no reason for you to hold back just because you have sinned. Yes, Pride is abhorrent to me but My love for you is stronger. You continue to walk with me, that's where your strength lies. You will begin to understand things and go in my ways. I simply love you all so very much that I simply ignore all your failures and helplessness. You move me when you cry out, but I love to wait until My beloved is ready for me.
“I have so much to give to you. I will never withhold what I intend to give to you. You have to keep on trying, dear, I may speak to you several times a day. I am going to make an example of you—how people can live daily with me In their busy lives, I always try to dwell in them.... but they are too busy, Busy for me. I have a desire to make simple things beautiful. I am going to use you for My glory. My glory will come upon those who will listen to you.
“It's not that I am, busy or I am too important for only things required in your daily lives. I long to dwell [in] each and every person, within everything. I have no qualms of man's weakness. I myself lived with men in Eden, in their hearts. I know them better than who they are. It's just they are simply preoccupied with cares of [the] world. But I desire to move in their lives as a friend walks with a friend. The amazing thing that I saw was man—his weakness and his frailties but he still kept running to me until sin invaded them. Everything became pitch dark until man found me. I was unclean God for them. They look at me as a waste and nothing in me attracted towards me. They were all misguided in their own ways. I had to come to remove the veil and come to help mankind to regain the same relationship which was lost. Still, man found ways to curse me and retaliate against me, rebel, and go their own ways. I had to keep patient and continue to love them for I am a father, which father would leave a child if they want to walk in darkness. No, I am light there is no sin in me, and I was found worthy in the eyes of God to give perfect sacrifice for all the sins of mankind. I had to; I couldn't see the pain my Father carried. He longed to dwell with them, and I became a mediator to man and God for whom My Father longed for. He had the perfect sacrifice, and I was thrown by man—to only save them back again. The hands that carried My cross were also saved.
‘I have better plans for everybody. Nothing can Hinder me to move in their lives if they welcome me with open arms. I long to be with them in everything.
(I was again doubtful)
Jesus said,
‘You have nothing to worry, that is me. I have a common message for all. Nothing special only simple heart to heart. Don't friends talk like that? I too want to talk with My children, moving in their lives in every way. I am much more like a commoner than you think. I like little things like the laughter of a child, a child playing in [the] sand; Mother cooking meals, laundry, all these things interest My heart. I long to dwell with My children and see through their eyes the world I wanted for them. But man, invented ways, and demons helped them to fuel their vanities which cost me My kingdom. They lost My kingdom and continued to build their kingdoms in this world, which were not mine.
“I never gave knowledge to man, but love. With love, they could build much more but instead, they choose to run after knowledge, exhuming their lives for nothing. I came as poor to show men the richness in life—after what they are Chasing will eventually take them to nothing but emptiness. I had to cleanse man’s hearts to see the truth. If not, they would have continued to destroy their lives.
“I had to put a stop to their madness, and I became a perfect example to mankind to live peacefully in spite of having nothing. I had nothing to wear except two tunics, My Sandals were worn out, but I continued to do what I was called to do. I never carried a bag but trusted My faithful followers to handle it. I had little Influence over anyone when I was growing up. I worked, carried the burden of my father to help him, and lived as a nobody until Father called me to work in mission. Yes, I worked as a laborer, provided for my mother and also to others who were in need. I read stories to children, in those days there was no recreation except sports and some things men tried to entertain themselves—but living a quiet life doing nothing more than in need.
“I was always with children—longed to be with them but never overwhelmed Myself with cares of the world. I kept simple and humbled myself to cater needs what was necessary for me. I long for my children to live like that; I want them to give up their lavish lifestyle and give up to the poor— that is what my kingdom is, no lack and no excess.”
Lord, I love simplicity but sometimes we want better things.
Jesus said,
“I am Myself, the provider. I provide what is necessary. The more you lose the more you gain.”
Wow, Lord, that's true.
“The less belongings, less cares and less of problems in your life. Your ways are simple, dear, and I am glad you have adopted that simplicity, but it should never be replaced with lack or laziness. It's wisdom to see what you need and what you don't need. Men work for better things, and I want my children to work for lesser things—only required not more not less.”
Lord, would you teach us to balance it?
Jesus answered,
“Yes, am I not the God of wisdom and understanding? If man asks for discretion, I will gladly give unto them. In Heaven, there are exquisite things, but everything is only for Father’s glory. We don't esteem riches, honor, or worth, but perfect in godliness, Contentment, and clean heart, which is a treasure in Heaven; more cleaner you are more shining in Heaven. My Angels look for souls who are lowly ones, meek and humble. They delight in them for they represent us.”
I said, Jesus, thank you, Lord, for every Sunday you make my day.
Jesus said,
“And why is that Beloved?”
I answered; For years I had bad Sundays, I was never happy it was bitter to me.
And Jesus asked,
“Why do you think it happened to you?”
I answered; Maybe I was busy in thoughts of how to come to you or worry.
Jesus said,
“Exactly. Worry kills—it kills man of all aspirations given by me and they snuff out even before they can move. You had spiritual worries. You felt you were not good enough, always crying and worrying, ‘what about me and what about my life? why I can't access God? when I will be clean?’—all these things consumed you. That’s why I choose you to display My way of life.”
“If you are aiming high you are bound to fall—if you are humble, you will have peace, joy, and rest in Me. Search simplicity like cooking. I know you are not interested but I want you to enjoy cooking for your family. Do things for your family catering to their needs. Do you know what puts off others? Lack of care. When your husband sees your lack of care he is bound to be frustrated. Then demons of Discontentment will follow, and they will continue to pound in your relationship.
“Sony you desire things of great value, but I want you to keep humble. There was no greatness in Me until I died on the cross. Your greatness will come when you die every day for others. That simple life my mother lived; she was just a simple next-door lady. Nobody bothered her and she was not bothered by anyone except her eyes were fixed on me. There were many rich in that time, but she embraced only Poverty; simple and humble and now she is Queen of Heaven.
‘You are My queen too. ‘Follow Me, I will make you fishers of men’. I want everyone to abandon their comfortable lifestyles and embrace poverty and poor in spirit. To be nobody and nothing.”
Wow, I didn't expect this.
Jesus said,
“Well, I have wells of joy, and each gets what they are made for... You will be healed of your worries. What to do and what not to do, instead you will enjoy what I am calling you do.”
I will do Lord if you promise me to guide me...
“You will know dear, the simpler you are, the richer I will be in you, okay? Continue to offer prayers for the world. Be cautious of the thief, he will always try to steal from you and be on guard, anything suggesting to do better is not from me. You have My word and move in it; it will lead you in the beautiful path I have laid out of for my children.”
Thank you, Lord, for the beautiful message. I didn't expect this.
Jesus said,
“More will come and prepare to share with the world.”
In the end, I heard, “Any suggestion to do better is not from me.”
That was the end of the Lord’s message.
Family, what the Lord said is so true. He was intending to speak to me, but I was continuing in unbelief. I thought He won’t speak to me, I felt unworthy.
After a week or so, even after Mother Elisha’s confirmation, I struggled to believe. I understood His love has no measure. We misunderstand the Lord based on our opinions, beliefs, and fears. I allowed fear in my life so much that I couldn’t believe any good could happen to me. The enemy kept on crippling me, but the Lord has always strengthened me.
As Lord says, it is our willingness that He moves. So, let’s have a willing heart to listen from the Lord and abandon ourselves to Him, to live a simple life.
