NBA TV ratings have been struggling all season. Even though the NBA is experiencing a slight increase in TV ratings compared to last season...the NBA audience is still low in comparison to past years.
We compare NBA TV ratings last week to ratings for NCAA conference tournaments in college basketball. We show how NCAA conference tournaments doubled...and in some cases tripled the NBA audience.
We explain why the NBA is struggling...and how there isn't a superstar waiting to boost the NBA once LeBron James retires.
