BEEF STROGANOFF

INGREDIENTS :

600 grams inch sliced beef steak
2 chopped medium onions
250 grams sliced chestnut mushrooms
4 minced garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
50 grams melted butter
1 beef stock cube
2 cups hot water
2 teaspoons corn flour
200 grams greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS :

.add 2 tablespoons olive oil to pan on medium heat
.add 600 grams inch sliced beef steak
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.stir and cook until brown and remove beef from pan
.in same pan add 1 tablespoon olive oil on medium heat
.add 2 chopped medium onions, 4 minced garlic cloves
.cook until onions are tender and remove from pan
.in a jug add 1 beef stock cube, 2 cups hot water
.mix until stock cube dissolves
.add 2 teaspoons corn flour and mix together
.add 50 grams melted butter, 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
.add 200 grams greek yogurt and mix together
.in slow cooker add browned steak, onion & garlic
.add 250 grams sliced chestnut mushrooms
.add sauce mixture and cook on high heat for 3 hours
.serve with your pasta of choice
