The FED and Inflation continue to crush mortgage rates

Goldman Sachs was right! 7 rate hikes this year as the Fed shows willingness to “sacrifice growth” to help curb inflation. They are of course a day late and a trillion dollars short but I guess better late than never. So now we get to put this real estate market to the test. What happens when everyone is paying 4%+ interest? Can values hold up? Will sellers come out of the woodwork? I will continue to monitor closely in the coming days! links below!
