Central City Parkway Colorado overlook near mile marker 2

Looking east before the snow storm today. This is the spot where I hit a mountain lion with my Jeep back in December of 2018. Today is March 16, 2022 at an overlook on the Central City Parkway about mile marker 2. It's an 8 mile scenic road off Interstate 70 that takes you to a magical place where the first gold lode was discovered in 1859. Rich in history and now home to Arts, gambling and shops! Step back in time to a real mountain frontier town just about 45 miles from Denver.
