I first heard this song on an #alanlomax anthology record. In fact, thanks bunches to my mom for acquiring that record because I am singing several songs from it for St. Patrick’s Day fest in Gatlinburg ☺️☘️🇮🇪

Subtext: It was too cold for fingering and my Irish accent was falling away by the end of the song, but, here it is anyway!
