According to recent polls, the economy is the number one issue on the minds of voters headed into the midterms. Inflation hit a 40-year high at the beginning of February and a new 40-year high of 7.9 percent this week. To put that number into perspective, economists say typically inflation is around 2 percent.
The Federal Reserve is expected to start raising interest rates this week to help tame inflation, so what could that mean for American households? David Scranton, CEO and founder of Sound Income Strategies, joined OAN's Alicia Summers to discuss.
