Phosphoric Acid vs Rust Reformer

I compared Phos to Rust-Oleum Rust Reformer for treating the rust on my wife's 1973 IH Scout II. Rust Reformer won hands down. The end of the video where I grind off the layers looks like there's still a little rust dust on the Reformer side, but apparently it was the lighting or something because there was no rust there.
