A rather different type of police chase was captured on video after five SHEEP escaped onto a main road.

Traffic on the A21 near Bedgebury in rural Kent came to a standstill for more than an hour as cops tried to wrestle with the farm animals.

One of the people stuck in the jam was Anna Woods, who was on her way back from a dance event with her children when she took a video of the surreal scene which she described as 'one of the funniest things I have seen in years.'
