How Will I Vote & Why - Tim Jaeger Summary of the South Australian State Politics Series

Many people have asked me - Who are you voting for at the SA state election on19 March 2022?
Here is my response and the criteria I have chosen to base my own decisions on.

Please do your own homework and be comfortable with your decisions, the election gives you an opportunity to change the system, may be not as much as you would like but don't underestimate the power of one good person lobbying and standing for what you want and believe.

Briefly my votes will go as follows:

House of Assembly (lower house) - Morialta (different for everyone based on your own electorate, so you will need to see who your specific candidates are for your electorate) - for me in the Morialta electorate 1) Family first, 2) Liberal Party, 3) Labor Party, 4) Greens

Legislative Council (upper house) above the 'red' line - 1) Defend Local Business (independent grouping letter 'R'), 2) Pauline Hanson's One Nation, 3) Australian Family Party, 4) Family First Party, 5) Liberal Democrats, 6) SA Best.

You can also vote below the line with a minium of 12 numbered votes - 1 to 12. The advantage of doing this is you can mix and match candidates from every party or grouping, such as one from an independent, one from One nation, one from liberals etc down to number 12, i.e. numbered 1 to 12.

You can mix and match these preferences but this is the way I am comfortable with based on the following criteria:
• Experience and knowledge
• Freedom against medical coercion, Censorship, movement and lockdowns and police injustice – complete rewriting of the Emergency management act.
• Local, South Australian and Australian integrity, community and family values
• Transparency in government i.e. freedom of information.

Here is a brief list of some of the candidates websites and SA Electoral Commission Website used in the video, for your own research on their beliefs and policies:
