Let's just be. I love going to the park, closing my eyes, and grounding myself in the surroundings. Simply listen in silence. No voice overs. No soundtrack. Just intentional focus on the peaceful present moment. A mindful meditation that allows thoughts to come and go. Accept and release. Hope you can find some peace and solace from this video.
