Find Your Primary Source Of Overwhelm

Think about that for a minute. What is the one thing that causes you most stress right now? Can you outsource it? If not can you break the job down into small more manageable jobs?

Set Boundaries

Set time boundaries for your project. Remember to give yourself some downtime. When you have downtime it gives your mind and body time to settle down and heal.

Outsource or Delegate

What jobs do YOU have to do and what jobs can you get others to do for you?
