440lb dead lift! U GOT DIS, OLD MAN!!

Like I always say, Sundays are for dead lifting :D
And once again I was back at increasing my PR!
It was a challenge as I squated a new PR only the day before, so legs were...um...tender! But...fk it! Its Sunday and I'ma gonna deadlift!!!

Started with my typical warmups, several incremental sets of 3 until 405, then 1 rep each!

work sets as follows:
405 x 1
425 x1
435 x 1 ..(first lift in vid, previous PR)
440 x1 x 3 sets (vid shows first 440, note the jubilation upon racking lol)

My goal is 450 by Apr 22/22 my 60th b-day, but I may have to up that challenge...should I?
Let me know, encouragement goes a looooong way with us newly minted senior citizens!
(not sure if I should laugh or cry at that statement....60...YIKES!!!)
