We installed a Sistine Stone Alcove Shower Kit in a mobile home bathroom. When we opened the kit one of the stone tiles was broken.

Phil walks you through exactly how to replace it in a way that won't be noticed. If you don't have extra trim you could probably go to any craft store and find a matching stone.

Well this is a Sistine stone corner shower when it was delivered. One of these pieces was shattered. Had nothing to do with us when covered.

It was that way. Now we're going to take out hopefully carefully, in case you guys know, nobody that does this. I'm going to use a little piece of wood to keep from hitting this side, and breaking that side and have more to replace. We're going to have to vacuum all this anyway.

I don't want to get underneath that other one. We want to get all this stuff out of here. That's alright. Guess I got to close my eyes for that or I'll have glass in my eye. All right.

This is a piece that we cut off of the length. So what we'll do is we'll take this one here off of this and it has a backing on it. See if I can do this without cutting myself.

Running the razor knife behind it I think I'm gonna go ahead and take all this off of it. At least, a lot of it off. We're going to raise it.

"This is that 100%"

100 everything in this kit was, has been recommended adhesive has been 100% silicone which I have not experienced silicone being used as an adhesive. I've used it to seal up this unusual for me to use for me to use !00% silicone instead of like liquid nails or

But I understand...

"But it is holding."

In a wet position I understand why you'd want to. Use silicone.

"Use your knife to..."

I should move it a little bit. There you go, it's a lot better little pieces, that are all shattered.

"It's vacuum."

Now we're going to vacuum it up and then get right, put grout on this part
